Thank you for purchasing bags from Tsz Man LAI. Our team carefully packs each bag with protective wrapping to ensure items arrive correctly and stay in great shape, and we aim to fulfil your orders within a sensible delivery window.
Order Processing Time. After receiving your order confirmation, all purchases will be processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Heavy order inflow during busy periods may extend processing schedules. Customers will receive alerts promptly once any notable delays emerge.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates. Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout. Standard Shipping has an estimated delivery time of 15 business days. These delivery timelines are only estimates and may fluctuate due to courier interruptions, customs clearance checks, adverse weather, logistical limits or public holidays.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking. When your parcel leaves our premises, you will receive an email shipment notification that includes tracking references. Tracking information generally activates within 24-48 hours after dispatch. You can monitor the shipment movement of your bag parcel via the tracking link provided.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer. Please double-check your delivery address is full and accurate before completing payment. Tsz Man LAI bears no liability for parcels delivered to inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by shoppers. If a package is returned because of address errors, reshipping charges will apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages. If your parcel disappears in transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can start an investigation. If bags arrive damaged upon receipt, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and submit clear photos of damaged goods and outer packaging. We will examine your claim and resolve the matter quickly.
Bag Care and Usage Notice. All bags should be maintained following the care instructions attached to every product. Tsz Man LAI is not responsible for surface scratches, stains or structural damage caused by inadequate maintenance, rough handling, custom modification or improper use of the bags.
International Shipping and Customs Notice. Cross-border shipments may attract customs duties, import taxes and other related levies set by the receiving country. All such charges must be covered by the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping expenses.
